Any high speed internet such as DSL or Cable is recommended for home users. For offices you will want to contact a sales agent to see what speed would optimize your service.

There are many different web sites that allow you to do this. One that support recommends is www.speedtest.net. It is a simple way for you to test your speed. It will also show you your IP address if you need to know that as well.

To set up your voice mail for the first time from your cell phone simply dial your number. You will hear our default greeting. At that time you will want to press the * key and enter our default password of 123456. You will then follow the prompts and set up your voice mail. We encourage you to reset your password. If you are calling in from your Polycom phone you will want to press the message key. You will see a connect button appear in the middle of your phone above one of your soft keys. Press the connect button and enter your default password of 123456. At this point follow the prompts and you will be able to set up your voice mail. We encourage you to reset your voice mail once prompted to.

Very competitively! We price our service on a low flat monthly rate that includes unlimited domestic calling, free unlimited on-network calling (calls to other EVOVoice users) and extremely low international rates (see International Rate Plans).

In most home set ups you will want to by a router. We recommend a Linksys WRT54g that you can pick up at any computer store. Other than the modem that comes with your service form you internet service provider that is all you will need in most cases.

If you have ordered a device from EVO it will be preconfigured so you simply plug and play.
